Beautiful, authentic pair of vintage custom leather saddlebags handcrafted by the renowned late saddle maker Frank Finch of Albany, Oregon. This rare piece of Pacific Northwest ranching history features the crisp, clear original maker's stamp. Built for heavy-duty trail use, these bags are constructed from premium, thick smooth leather flaps and bodies, paired with expandable roughout leather/suede side gussets. They are equipped with heavy metal roller buckles and adjustable straps to keep your gear completely secure. The wide connecting leather bridge features a standard teardrop cutout to fit cleanly over a Western cantle or tie down to rear saddle strings. The leather is remarkably supple with no dry rot, deep cracking, or structurally compromised stitching. Hardware is entirely functional with a beautiful, natural trail patina.
