Vintage Custom Hamley Saddle / Antique Collectible / Old Roping Square Skirt

  
Exceptional Custom Hamley Roping Saddle built in 1944. Saddles of this condition don't become available very often. This is a fully floral carved Hamley saddle with some interesting features. Pre-twisted stirrup leathers rarely seen combined with lace up stirrup leathers. Black stripe pattern carved into every corner. All original saddle including strings, sheepskin, stirrup leathers, & stirrups. Hamley marked saddle bags (pockets) tooled to match saddle exactly.

Unique small conchos (not marked sterling). Large longhorn horn cap concho (I did not remove to check if sterling). Matching carved stirrups with very little wear.

Wonderful tight construction with obvious expert craftsmanship. Super comfortable seat shape on this saddle (15). Very long & deep skirts (29 long). Includes Hamley certificate of registration. Please ask questions prior to purchasing.
