If you return a saddle with additional marks or damages reserves the right to refuse the saddle return and charge the customer for the saddle (depending on damage). In most cases this really isnt a problem but please take care of the saddles theyre worth thousands of dollars.

Please remember saddles have a total 14 day trial and return period. After the initial saddle trial period ALL SADDLE SALES ARE FINAL! There are no exceptions made unless made prior to trial in writing from Pinnacle Horseware. If saddle is damaged or blemished, depreciation cost of damage or blemish or repair cost will be charged whichever is less.
