Syd Hill Austrailian Stock Saddle, saddle pad, bags, cinch excellent condition

  

Beautifully kept Australian stock saddle. Super comfortable for long hours in the saddle. Excellent trail or endurance saddle. Has brass d-rings, all shaped like horse shoes. Easy to adjust stirrup length.

Comes with 2 restored Australian saddle bags, new Down Under tacky saddle pad with fender strap and ties to keep in place, and 39 in. Performers 1st Choice neoprene and nylon girth.

You can easily change out the stirrups to English leathers and Irons. Has been ridden on many, many miles of trails in the Rocky Mountains of Western Wyoming.

Added leather strings to tie things to, like on a western saddle. This fit my Morgan mare like a glove. I lost her, in December, she was almost 29. Got the pad this spring, anticipating using it on my next horse. Had been using a regular tacky pad and found this one on line.

Figured it would be more comfortable for the horse and keep the saddle fenders cleaner. Found a fantastic horse and brought him home a few weeks ago, only to find my saddle was too narrow for him. This saddle will fit a more narrow horse, it is not full QH Bars. I reached out to the saddle maker (Syd Hill has been around since 1864) to get a value on the saddle.
