Frank Vela Saddle Collectors here you go! This is a 15 inch authentic Frank Vela Saddle made out of Floresville, TX. Its has ornate hand-tooled floral leather. The tree is sound, the rigging appears to be in good shape, and stirrup leathers intact. I have not personally riden in this saddle because it is too small for me, but it appears to be rideable.

I have oiled all the leather. There is surface cracking and a couple small spots on the fenders and skirt that have been reinforced.
