14 seat, comes with only one stirrup strap and a nice set of aluminum stirrups (see photos). The single stirrup strap on it is 36.

Latigo and off billet are also included. I'm sad it didn't work out for me but it's a nice using saddle. No seat crease, it's super comfy.
