Own a genuine piece of the American West with this antique western saddle made by historic Vanco, Sacramento CA, that was one of the saddle makers for the Pony Express from the West to the East from 1850 to 1920 then took on a partner and became Van Voorhees-Phinney Co. And Vanco and used that brand until they went out of business in the 1940's. This is more than just tack; it's a testament to enduring craftsmanship and a bygone era of saddle-making.

Features extensive, intricate tooling with geometric floral motif across the seat, fenders, and skirts, showcasing a rich, aged patina that only time can achieve. 13" seat from the base of the horn to the stitching on the front of the cantle, 6" gullet narrow-medium width (SQHB) Original parts, comes with leather straps and girth (decorative only). Deep seat and high cantle.
