The fine item you are considering is an Antique Hess & Hopkins Western Saddle Rockford ILL. I suppose it would be possible to actually use the saddle, and if so you'd probably want to know that the seat measures 19" from the center of the horn to the back lip of the seat and 18" diagonally from a side extension to the back lip of the seat, but I'm guessing this saddle will likely end up as a decorator accent piece or western collectable.
