16 Alamo Saddlery Western Saddle. 25.5 total skirt length. Measures 16.5" to the stitch but it's going to sit like a 16" as that's what it measures to the padding. Normal wear, but everything is sound- I do not take saddles apart for tree checks but there's no outwards signs of concern.
