Saddle is in AMAZING used shape as illustrated - Especially since it's older and made before they started using the metal plates. Serial number engraved in leather is: 2826 4 76 1157. When people talk about the Premium Quality and handmade workmanship of days gone by on the older, original Circle Y Saddles, THIS is EXACTLY what they are referring to! Seat measures 15.5" to the stitch line in the cantle, and I'd consider it a generous 15" of actual'using space'.

The tree and rigging are all solid and sound, with the rigging plates that allow you a choice to select exactly what you want. The hand tooling is deep and not showing much wear at all as shown.

The leather is in pristine condition - supple and strong. The conchos are marked STERLING on the back, and there is even a matching set on the stirrups.

The underside fleece is a premium grade, and I was mindful to include a photo showing that it has come unglued on the back corners, a very simple fix that I will leave to new owner in case you were planning on removing the rear silver plates anyway for a deep clean or something. I left a little patina that the saddle has earned on the conchos & plates, and they would definitely shine up easy if desired. This will certainly be a rare treat for anyone looking! It is not very often that one of these timeless jewels in THIS great of condition is offered up!
