This is a nicely put together 13 Youth Western Show Saddle - I did not see any sort of maker stamp on it, but after a little research, it appears to be an Older and BETTER MADE Showman from mid to late 2000's. To compare, there is currently a 2009 model very similar to it on Coolhorse (in a larger seat that has same silver package, tooling and dimensions).
As illustrated, this saddle is built well and has substance and weight to it. It's constructed of quality REAL Leather throughout and nice deep tooling, high grade underside fleece - impressively thick skirt leather, and a decent silver package... I don't think it is'real' silver - likely a nickel or German Silver.
Showman saddles were once a quality make - and when they closed down in USA around 15 years ago, the brand name was taken and slapped on inferior lesser made India saddles and tack. You will see old reviews and a few history lessons about this from old posts online claiming the same. This saddle is built for a horse, not a pony and has a full-size skirt length (27) - and will set the horse and young/petite rider both correctly. It also weighs in 30-pound range.
This saddle confused me a little as to what/who exactly built it.... And I welcome any information that could help me better represent this nice piece of gear!
