Keeper is stamped 1906 (I think). It was made by the Marks Brothers Saddlery of Omaha Nebraska. Super neat piece of history! It has had some restoration done on it, new strings, new fleece some new stitching. When I got it, it did smell faintly like smoke, but it is much much better and not very noticeable, but I wanted you to know it did smell when I got it. The horn and tree are good and tight, it is a rawhide wrapped tree. This is a HEAVY saddle! Weights right at 40 pounds! The taps (sure a later add on) are tooled on both sides! Each side is different from the other! Saddle is used and shows wear.

Wear marks, scratches, dings and scraps as shown. Pad and stand are NOT included. Just the saddle with stirrups! Please see all 22 pictures.
