Dont make them like this anymore. Slick fork, but comfortable to ride all day, originally had lace ups, but changed to quick change at some point, only damage is rear flank strap has cinch hobble broken (easy fix) and breast collar has a break in it (see Conway buckle) has been holding fine this way (Or you can fix it). The saddle is safe to ride-tree has not breaks i it. If you rewrap the horn, you could rope off of this saddle. Saddle is heavy (35-40lbs) and well made- brass hardware, brass conchos, please ask questions.
