Here are the saddle particulars.

Leather covered front and rear rigging. Sheepskin underside (fleece has bare spots). Wooden stirrups with leather treads. 2 wide leather stirrup straps.

Comes as pictured with tie straps and a rear cinch, but no front cinch. If you have any questions, please ask!
