I was told this was a Ted Flowers parade saddle from the 60's or 70's but there are no makings on the saddle, but they said that he never makes his saddles. This is a very nice saddle and it is in great condition it is ready for any parade. Comes with bridal, rains, saddle pad, rear skirt, breast plate.
